Bridal services & prices Terms and Conditions > Bookings & Payment

Bookings

To secure your wedding day, we take a deposit of 50% of the total price of the wedding day which will be deducted from the final balance on the day. You will be made aware of all my prices up front.

Wedding dates cannot be held until the deposit has been received. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Payments

Payment for the trial is made in cash or by cheque on the trial day and a deposit for the actual day will be taken. The final balance is paid by you a month before your wedding day. All individual prices contained within the quotes are dependent upon the bride taking the complete package. If the full package is reduced by the bride at a later date, the individual prices may change. Wedding hair prices are dependent upon the length of the hair. If the hair e.g. bridesmaid's hair is longer than stated before seeing the client, the price will increase but the bride will be informed of this before we start.

Cancellations and changes

If for any reason you have to cancel or make changes to your booking, this should be done in writing at least two months before your wedding day (by Royal Mail special delivery post. Emails, texts and faxes are not acceptable.) otherwise the FULL amount will be charged and payable by you. The address to send this to is:

Your Wedding Hair and Makeup Ltd., 7 Sycamore Court, Long Gore, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 3TS

If for any reason I am unable to attend your wedding day due to sickness, accidents or any other valid reason, every endeavour will be made to find another makeup artist or wedding hairdresser for you, otherwise your payment including your deposit will be refunded to you in full. Up until this present time this has never occurred.

If the weather is so bad and I am unable to get to the wedding by car, train etc. the deposit is non-refundable. Generally when the wedding is very far away and we have a very early start we ask that we are put up in a Travel Inn or hotel the night before so as to avoid any complications.
